Whilst you are waiting for your sand to turn into glass you want to head to the village to the east of the hub area, just past the vegetable garden, you are going to want to look for a villager wearing a purple coat/jacket he is a cleric, and who you will have to trade with to get your ender pearls. To get the villager to have ender pearls you need to “level up” the villager. To do this you need to trade with it, hit on the villager to open the trading menu, and then trade one of your emeralds for an item, back out of the menu and you should see loads of little tiny green plusses come out of it. If it doesn’t work straight away, trade again and repeat until you see the little plusses. Once you’ve seen the little plusses go back into the trade menu and you should find that there is another item that you can trade for, you want to repeat the previous steps until you see ender pearls up for trade.
